From September our communal sessions will run as follows:

Wellness Wednesday - 4.25pm, 5.15pm, 6.05pm 

Thursday 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Friday - Sunrise Sauna 6.15am, 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Saturday - 9.15am, 4.15pm and 5.15pm

Sunday - 8am, 9am, 5pm and 6pm

Exclusive Hires can be booked around this including our after dark sessions being late into the evening. If you would like an early sunrise sauna for exclusive hire drop us a message.

There is typically 2-3 weeks of dates ahead available.
