Thursday 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Friday - 6am, 7am, 5.30pm and 6.30pm

Saturday - 8am, 9am, 10am, 4pm and 5pm

Sunday - 8am, 9am, 10 am, 5pm and 6pm

For the month of Feb we are introducing quiet sauna sessions - these will have a maximum of 6 people in the sauna and we ask for it to be used quietly, - Sat & Sun at 11am

Exclusive Hires can be booked around this including our after dark sessions for anything after 6pm going late into the evening. If you would like an early sunrise sauna for exclusive hire, or any days and times that aren't on the website drop us a message.

We typically release communal sessions on the 23rd of each month for the month ahead.

We have a cold shower and plunge pool in the area of the sauna, or we are situated just above the beach, where you can run into the sea (at your own risk).
