Service Description

We all know the power of woman coming together, to share, to bond and to heal. This magical and transformative time will embody the essence of the feminine energy at her deepest core. December 10th 6pm - 8.30pm - In this 2 and a half hour intimate gathering we will come together and connect ourselves, with nature and with others through various ways: Each session will be slightly different.. During the session we will learn more about ourselves, We will reconnect. Release. and Rediscover the power within. Learn to embrace who we truly are. Sessions may include: We will start by setting our intentions and letting go of what no longer serves us. Then we will follow with guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, movement, card pulls, journaling and creativity flow finishing with optional reiki and head massage before heading into the sauna. In this space we will learn to listen to our inner wisdom and allow our desires to come forward and create something beautiful and empowering. We will then finish in the sauna to continue our sacred time together where stories and connections can be shared in the heat of the sauna and embraced by the flames of the fire. We are aiming to run these every second Tuesday of the month, closely to the full moon to harness the energetic power of the moon, however dates may vary.
